Operari

You hire a role, not a tool.

An AI employee does one job for your business. She has her own email address, her own phone number and a Slack handle, and she asks your permission before she acts.

She works where the work already is.

There is nothing to install. People write to her the way they write to anyone else on your team.

Messages reach her by email, Slack, WhatsApp or phone. She either handles the work or brings it to you, and you decide which of those she is allowed to do on her own.

Your first day with her.

A marketplace AI employee starts the same day. A custom one is ready in a few minutes.

  1. You pick a role

Describe the work in your own words, or hire one of the AI employees on the roster.

  2. You connect what she needs

Gmail, Stripe, your calendar, once. If she is missing something she says so instead of guessing.

  3. She introduces herself

From her own address, so your customers and staff can write back to her directly.

  4. Her first drafts come to you

You approve, edit, or say no. Nothing leaves your business without you at the start.

She asks first. Then she earns the right not to.

You see every action she takes, and you decide how much she can do on her own.

  1. Week one

"Send this reminder to Jordan about invoice 1042?"

    You approve each one
  2. Week two

"I sent four reminders today. Anything you'd change?"

    You review the batch
  3. Week four

"Day-7 reminders are handled. I'll flag anything unusual."

    She tells you afterwards
She earns this. You can take it back whenever you want.

What she will not do.

A skill defines what she is allowed to do at all. If there is no matching skill, or you switched it off, she says so and stops instead of improvising.

No skill, no action

She refuses rather than inventing a way.

No silent spending

Anything that costs money waits for you by default.

No hidden work

Every action she takes is visible and reversible.

If the role doesn't have a person in it, we can fill it.

Any industry, any function. For businesses that cannot justify a full hire for every job that still has to get done.
