Every small business has work that nobody was ever hired to do. We build the person who does it.
There is a category of work in every small business that sits below the line where hiring makes sense. Chasing the invoice that has not been paid. Confirming tomorrow's appointments. Replying to the enquiry that came in at nine last night. Paying the vendor bills. Digging the real messages out of a shared inbox.
None of it is enough hours to justify a person, and all of it costs something when it is dropped. So it lands on whoever notices, usually the owner, usually in the evening.
Operari fills those roles. You hire an AI employee for one job. She gets her own email address and her own phone number — people can call her, text her, or reach her on WhatsApp, all on that one number — plus a handle in your Slack. She acts inside the tools you already use, and asks your permission before she does anything until you decide she has earned the right not to. There is no new app to learn and no prompts to write, because the work reaches her the way it would reach anyone else on your team.
Software that helps you do the work still leaves you doing the work. You open it, you decide what to ask, you check the result, you paste it somewhere. That is a real saving on the typing and no saving at all on the thing that actually costs you, which is holding the whole job in your head.
The test we hold ourselves to is whether the work arrives on its own. If you have to remember to go and get it, we have built another tool.
Operari is a product of UNIK Platforms Inc. We are small, we are founder-led, and we are early: we have design partners rather than case studies, and we are onboarding our first companies by hand on purpose, because at this stage we learn more from watching one business than from a dashboard of a hundred.
That is also why every route to us on this site goes to a form rather than a help centre. A person reads what you write and answers within a day. It will not scale, and it is the right thing to do while there is still this much to learn.
We will not let an AI employee pretend to be a person. She says she is AI the first time she contacts someone, and that cannot be switched off. Your customers should know who they are talking to, and in a growing number of places it is also the law.
We will not invent proof. There are no customer logos on this site, no testimonials, and no hours-saved figures, because we do not yet have any we are allowed to show. When we do, they will have names on them.
We will not let her improvise. An AI employee can only do work covered by a skill you have switched on. Ask her for something outside it and she says so and stops, rather than finding a way. A confident answer to a question she was never given the means to answer is the failure mode we care most about avoiding.
We will not spend your money quietly. Anything with a cost attached waits for you by default, and every action she takes is visible and reversible.
About the product, or to tell us what job you would hand over first: use the form. It is read by a person, not routed to a queue.

Every plan starts with a 7-day free trial, and a person answers within a day.
